1. How can I purchase you items?

Well, currently I am only accepting PayPal and money orders. I don’t like to deal with cash or checks because I don’t want you to lose money or for me to lose money in product. It’s safer to have a Paypal account because it covers if your package gets lost or things of that nature.

2. How do I get a PayPal?

You will need an email and a credit/debit card. First you must go to paypal.com. Sign up for an account and chose “personal” when it asks you. Then fill in your information and link it to a credit card or debit card. Then you can send money to an email address or they can request money from you and it’s that simple.

3. Do I have to sign up for an Etsy account?

You don’t even need to sign up to order things off of my Etsy. I can just send you a money request for the items through PayPal and you can pay that :) But Etsy is a lot of fun.

4. How many bows of each design do you make / when will this item be available again?

It all depends on how rare the materials are. Sometimes I buy fabrics on sale that will be discontinued so those are my Limited Edition bows. Everything else I can always make if you would like one that is sold out. Check to see if they are Limited Edition and if they aren’t message me and I’m sure I can make it for you! c:

5. Can I alter a bow?

Yes, if it’s possible. Say you don’t like the clip on the back - you can let me know and I can make one with a different clip or if you would like that bow on a headband too. Or maybe you want the same bow with a different color base, that is also possible. I will always try my best to change them to your needs. So feel free to ask.
